Vials are shipped lyophilized in insulated, discreet packaging with full tracking. Orders on the Costa del Sol can be hand delivered.
Every vial carries a batch number. Search for it on our COA page to download the full certificate from the independent laboratory.
Account holders can order directly through the website and pay by bank transfer or invoice. If you do not have an account, send us an inquiry and our team will get back to you.
For quality and safety reasons opened vials cannot be returned. If anything is wrong with your order, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
